Deposit Forfeiture: If you do not complete your work trade commitment, you will lose your deposit and may be asked to leave.

Season Commitment

High Season (Summer): 20 hours per week

• Winter: 15 hours per week, with a smaller community on-site

Longer stays

If you plan to stay one month or longer, you must first come for a one-week trial.

If you uphold our values, work well with others, and fulfill your weekly hours, our Work Trade Manager may extend your stay for the month.

After approval, monthly work trade is set at 15 hours per week for the duration of your stay.

All work trade arrangements are overseen by our Work Trade Manager.

Required Monday 8:30am meetings followed by encouraged community weekly work day.

Slack is a required application through which community communication is managed.
