An evening of playful, guided connection exercises designed to spark meaningful conversations and genuine human moments. Through interactive prompts and experiential games, you’ll explore honesty, curiosity, and connection in a space that feels warm, safe, and surprisingly fun.

Through guided practice, we will build the skills to navigate conflict, foster connection, and respond rather than react. Let’s grow our capacity for presence, understanding, to share our inner worlds, and for deep listening.

Eros in Motion is an ecstatic style dance grounded in guided solo, paired, and small‑group practices, plus simple connecting prompts that help us explore what it’s like to delight in our own bodies while also sharing in tender and real connection with others.

Journey with Lena Eastes as we become the earth, harvest from her, and craft our very own clay cook pots to be fired at the end in a culminating ceremony. We will reflect on how we have shaped our lives, repaired our cracks and fed our dreams and visions, as we prepare to surrender our creations to the fire.
