Enter the time machine… and journey with us to a mystical era of bright neon, questionable hair-do’s, and awkward family photos. Yes my friends, we’re talking about the 80’s! Arrive donning your most expressive impersonation of this fabulous decade, and come prepared to sweat it out on the dance floor to the soundscapes of pure passion.

Keep in mind the music of this dance is 80’s “inspired,” so rest assured we will not be playing 80’s music the entire time!

Noahs Bio:

Asheville DJ, songwriter and producer, Noah Proudfoot, blends sacred soundscapes with medicine bass and world music to take dancers on a transformative journey of the heart. Influenced by a love of mantra and meditation, his mixes are carefully curated to amplify presence, embodiment, and expression. Weaving live guitar, vocals, and flute- Each set is a living prayer, designed to open doorways of connection—within the self, with others, and with the earth. With an ear for dynamic flow and a heart attuned to the moment, he crafts experiences that are both deeply grounding and elevating.

4:00 —Arrive to explore trails and set up campsite (if staying overnight)

5:30-7:00 PM — Authentic Relating Games with Robbie & Eleanor

7:15-7:30 PM — Ceremonial Cacao & Opening Circle

7:30–9:00 PM — Sequin Dreams: 80’s Ecstatic Dance with Noah Proudfoot

9:00–10:30 PM — Sauna • River Plunge • Tea Lounge • Community Hang

10:30-Onwards — All socializing moves into the Zen Lounge to honor quiet hours

Waterfall Hike

Arrive early and explore Mandala Springs’ private trail system winding through lush mountain forest to a beautiful waterfall destination.
Please check in with Connor at the Emerald Oasis before heading out on the trails.

For those who wish to extend the experience, overnight camping is available on the property.

Ecstatic Dance Guidelines

• Move however your body wishes to move
• No alcohol or recreational substances
• Please refrain from street shoes, phones, and conversations on the dance floor
• Honor yourself, others’ boundaries, and the shared space

The dance floor at Mandala Springs rests above a superfoods chocolate factory, where herbs from the surrounding mountain forests are woven into each batch. The Emerald Market’s offerings of local foods, artisan crafts, and nourishing creations will be available throughout the evening.
