Sacred Reciprocity
Our Work Traders are invited to join our weekly Ecstatic Dance free of charge. We deeply value sacred reciprocity — when people offer their time, energy, and care to the land, we love finding ways to give back. We believe that the gifts we share with one another strengthen the whole.
We also believe that healing the planet requires us working together! We need each other! And belong with one another can be challenging without the tools!
Conscious communication is one of the core pillars of life at Mandala Springs. Every Thursday, we offer Authentic Relating classes and AR Games to help cultivate deeper connection, empathy, and understanding. Whether you're new to these practices or have years of experience, you're warmly invited to join us as we build a culture of belonging together. 🌿✨
Mystical Logistical
Self-Sufficiency: Bring your own tent and camping gear and have reliable transportation.
Gear Rental: We have a limited amount of rental gear available; arrange rentals before arrival if needed.
Time Exchange
20 hours of contribution week one
15 hours of contribution for weeks two onwards
Hours and Projects are managed by our Beloved Way Shower Joshua

Schedule Call w/ Work Trade Manager :
This is a chance to ask any questions, and to ensure it feels like a mutual fit!
If accepted into our program you are invited to follow the next steps;
Deposit: A $150 deposit is required with your application.
Deposit is typically refunded at the end of your stay.
Forfeiture: If you do not complete your work trade commitment, you will lose your deposit and may be asked to leave.
Schedule Arrival
Our Work Trade Manager will welcome you, orient you to the land & the projects you will be contributing to, as well as integrate you into our village life!
Longer stays
If you wish to stay longer, you must first come for a one-week trial.
If you uphold our values, work well with others, embody healthy communication skills, and fulfill your weekly hours, our Work Trade Manager may extend your stay for the month.
All work trade arrangements are overseen by our Work Trade Manager.

Tree Tops Kitchen: enjoy a kitchen, shower, and outhouse!

Events: Free participation in ecstatic dance events!
Community Environment: Become a part of our conscious, collaborative village.
Creekside Sauna & Cold Plunging
